Customer Support Hero

We are looking for an energetic person to helps us interact with our customers.

• Fluency in English & Tamil mandatory. Candidate with fluency in additional South Indian language (Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam) will be preferred.
• Candidate should be well versed with mail, chat & video call etiquettes.
• Industry knowledge not required. Candidates with background in hospitatlity industry would be preferred.

• Religiously use systems to ensure all customer queries are promptly responded.
• While a majority of the work would be interacting with online customers, candidate should also be comfortable interacting with walk-in customers at store.
• Fianlly, we are a boutique where we know all customers by their name & location. We aren’t a corporate where customers are just numbers.
